  1. Calling in Webex (UCM): Emergency Calling Enhancements provide greater flexibility for large locations and extension only users. Users automatically share their location in the case of an emergency. IT administrators can enable location monitoring for users and their emergency services from Webex.
  2. Whether that means a migration from Jabber to the Webex app, or migration from UCM to Webex Calling, there will be a wealth of information available to help make your migration process smoother. During a call, click your profile picture and then choose Help > Show Call Statistics.
